I'm building this community for YOU + ME! As a coach I know that my gift is to continue my own healing and help heal the women who felt like I did 4 years ago. I was caught in darkness. I lost myself. I was craving light and kept telling myself, "you should be thankful for what you have". I'm here to tell you that you can live in gratitude and want more for you life! This is a space where you have permission to take care of YOU without guilt, judgement, or shame.

Each week we will focus on ONE Mindset Practice, Spiritual Practice, and Physical Practice. This will help you focus and find what you LOVE! If you don't love it, you won't do it regularly and consistency is what changes your life.

Your harmony is unique to you just like your thumbprint is and together we will find the harmony for your Body + Mind + Spirit!
