Hi, I'm Adrienne

A Certified Master Discovery Coach with nearly 20 years of corporate leadership experience and a passion for unlocking human potential. As a high achiever (actually over-achiever most of my life), I thrived in roles as a degreed mechanical engineer and a corporate leader in the professional services industry, solving complex problems and driving results at both Ford Motor Company and Deloitte Tax. But after years of relentless pursuit, I hit deep depths of burnout and realized that my true passion wasn’t in the numbers and achievement—it was in PEOPLE!

That turning point of burnout reshaped my life’s purpose and led me on a journey of self-discovery. I quickly realized my gift was to bring other people out of the darkness of burnout and to take leaders to their next level of potential. I have clients early in their career, as well as retirees, who I've helped journey back to their best self and step into a life of thriving, not just surviving. We unlock your next level together!

I am also a certified RESET Breathwork Facilitator and Reiki Practitioner, with deep knowledge on the transformative power of healing modalities like breathwork, meditation, journaling, and energy alignment. On my own journey I realized we can read all the books, listen to all the podcasts and "know" what we need to do, but we still struggle to make the changes needed because there's a lot to unravel on this journey of self discovery and healing. The true unlock is to go beyond the conscious mind and into what is stored deeper in the subconscious mind and body.

What sets me apart is the unique way I bridge these two worlds—combining the practical, results-driven strategies of high performance with the deep, transformative power of holistic healing. This is where the magic happens. It’s not just about achieving goals; it’s about achieving them in alignment with your true self, creating sustainable success and a life that feels as good as it looks.

MY STORY

I spent the first half of my life chasing all the things I thought I was 'supposed' to do. Go to college, get a good job, and build a great life for myself. My nickname growing up was "Ms. Perfect", so of course I followed all the rules and pushed my boundaries constantly.

I walked on the rowing team at MSU, became a Mechanical Engineer, then moved from Product Development to Tax Consulting for the largest professional services firm in the world, and continued reinventing myself along the way. I built a beautiful family and home while maintaining high performance at work, but something wasn't right. I appeared to have it all, but I felt burnt out, lost and unfulfilled. My life was far from perfect and my heart was craving more.

I'll never forget packing for a business trip in January 2020 balling my eyes out on my closet floor thinking "there has to be more to life than this" and "I don't want a single young woman to look up to me and want my life, I am not happy".

I started to find my voice and ask for what felt in alignment for me, even when nobody understood it! When I started walking away from things that weren't in alignment with who I was, I embarked on the ultimate journey of self-discovery and found my passions again. I found my light again. I felt ALIVE again!

As I've stepped toward who I was made to be, my purpose for existing is so clear: ✨Elevate the life of everyone that comes in my path!✨
